Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within5-7 working days of receipt of order. When ordering for a special occasion / event please allow ample time for processing & delivery.

Please always supply a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign & accept the parcel from our courier.

Failed Delivery: In the event that the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, & has failed to do so; the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned for non-delivery, you will be refunded the item cost. Under no circumstances will the courier cost (for the failed delivery attempt) be refunded. Spine will not be held responsible for failed delivery charges.
